Planned Outage, Tuesday 5/26 11pm
As many of you are aware, the data center experienced a loss of power for about an hour on Thursday of last week. The problem has not been fully solved. Since the problem circumvented the back-up generator, it is critical that some tests be performed to ensure future continuity. This is the purpose for the Tuesday 11pm window. If you are a colocation client and your servers are not set to reboot automatically, please make every effort to set your configurations properly prior to Tuesday evening.
We do apologize for the late notice, but the long holiday weekend made this difficult. If you are a DSL, T1 or Metro Ethernet customer, this outage will likely not affect you outside the 11pm - 4am window.
